Jason and Tristan launched Elevate Estate Agents in July 2021 after years of hands-on experience in property management and a front-row seat to how impersonal the industry had become, especially during COVID when too many people were treated like a number instead of a human being.
Elevate was born from a desire to flip that script, bringing empathy, transparency and genuine connection back into the experience for tenants, owners and trades alike. Since opening our doors, the industry has taken notice.
Elevate has been recognised as a Small Agency of the Year finalist with the REIQ, while both Jason and Tristan have been named finalists in the Young Entrepreneur Awards in 2024 and 2025. Our marketing has also earned national attention, winning a Homely Award in 2024.
What matters most to us though is staying true to why we started: keeping property management personal, honest and driven by people, not processes.
